Acerca del evento
The Lateral Lines play a vital role in maintaining side-to-side balance, stability, and coordination throughout the body. These fascial pathways help regulate how we shift weight, stabilize during movement, and maintain equilibrium between left and right. In this focused, hands-on workshop, you’ll explore how the Lateral Lines interact with other myofascial meridians to create full-body structural harmony. Through a blend of dynamic lecture and guided touch, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how lateral restrictions influence global posture and movement patterns.
When restrictions develop along the lateral body, they can contribute to patterns such as:
• Hip elevation or lateral pelvic tilt
• Scoliosis-like compensations and side-bending patterns
• Shoulder height discrepancies and asymmetry
• Reduced coordination and inefficient weight transfer
