Course Description
The Superficial Back Line (SBL) is a continuous fascial pathway connecting the posterior body from the plantar fascia to the scalp, playing a key role in posture, extension, and force transmission. Restrictions along this line commonly contribute to low back pain, hamstring tension, plantar discomfort, and neck strain.
This 5-hour, hands-on workshop is designed for active learning, with approximately 80% of course time dedicated to guided practice and experiential technique exchange. Brief, focused lecture introduces the anatomical and functional relationships of the SBL, followed by structured myofascial release sequencing from foot to head. Participants will practice slow, deliberate techniques that improve tissue elasticity, enhance posterior chain mobility, and support efficient postural organization.
To reinforce learning and support long-term retention, participants receive access to a concise online companion program that reviews key concepts and hands-on sequencing taught in class. This resource is updated periodically, and complimentary access is provided for one year following…
