Cancellation Policy

At Tainica Therapeutics, we strive to offer a seamless and fair process for all participants. We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your participation, so please review the following cancellation terms carefully:

1. Participant Cancellations

A. Full Refund
You may receive a full refund of your registration fee if you cancel within 7 days of your initial purchase. After the 7-day window, no full refund will be provided.

B. Emergency Cancellations
In the case of an emergency, we understand that you may not be able to attend the workshop. While no refund will be issued, we will credit your full payment towards a future workshop of your choice. Emergency cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible to qualify for this option.

E. Refunds for Workshop Deposits

Please note that for participants who choose to pay a deposit instead of the full amount, the deposit is non-refundable and considered a final sale. Deposits secure your spot but must be paid in full one week prior to the workshop date. Unpaid balances will result in forfeiture of your reservation. By making the deposit payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Workshop Cancellations by Organizer

While we make every effort to ensure the workshop proceeds as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances may arise that require us to cancel or reschedule. In this case:

A. Full Refund or Credit
If the workshop is canceled by the organizer for any reason, participants will be notified promptly and given the option of:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule for a new date (if applicable).

3. No-Show Policy

No-shows forfeit their payment. However, if you notify us in advance, we’ll reserve you a spot at the following month’s workshop.

Please include your full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. Cancellations or modification requests must be received in writing.

  • This policy applies to both in-person and virtual workshops, unless otherwise specified.
