Introducing: The Fascia Renewal Series

Each session builds upon the last—moving from nervous system calming, to detoxification and fluid movement, into deeper fascial release, and finally full-body integration. The result is a grounded, spacious feeling in the body, improved mobility, and a renewed sense of ease.

Session 1 — Sobada Swedish Massage Ritual

Your series begins with a deeply calming Sobada Swedish Massage Ritual, blending the sacred Sobada Limpieza tradition with flowing Swedish techniques. Long, rhythmic strokes gently lengthen fascia and melt away tension without force or pain.

A therapeutic crème infused with Boswellia, Devil’s Claw, Lemon Bioflavonoids, Arnica, Quince, and Burdock supports inflammation reduction and tissue nourishment. Hot stones and comforting steam evoke the spirit of the temazcal, encouraging profound relaxation.

The session closes with a traditional Limpieza using freshly gathered yerba buena bundles, performed with intentional, rhythmic sweeping to energetically clear and reset the body.

Session 2 — Lymphatic Drainage with Maderotherapy

This revitalizing session supports the body’s natural detoxification systems while improving circulation and tissue tone. We combine Lymphatic Drainage, Wood Therapy, and gentle Fascia Release to reduce swelling, break up adhesions, and encourage fluid movement.

Clients often notice a sense of lightness, improved energy, reduced stagnation, and smoother tissue texture following this session.

Session 3 — Signature Myofascial Release

Our specialty Myofascial Release Massage addresses long-held tension patterns within the fascial system. This light yet intentional version of Fascia release restores mobility, improves posture and circulation, and eases chronic discomfort, without relying on aggressive pressure.

Clients frequently describe feeling lighter, more aligned, and deeply connected within their body, with changes that last beyond the session. While known for being an intense modality, we dial down the pressure and depth while still focusing on releasing the myofascial lines.

Session 4 — Full-Body Hot Stone Integration

The final session brings everything together with a full-body Hot Stone Massage. Heated stones penetrate muscle tissue to ease residual tension and stress, while gentle myofascial and Swedish techniques support integration and grounding.

This closing session leaves the body feeling warm, settled, and renewed, marking a complete return to balance.
