Course Description
The Superficial Front Line (SFL) is one of the most dynamic and expressive myofascial lines in the body, supporting our upright posture, influencing the way we move, and connecting our emotional and physical centers of expression. This workshop is registered for CE credit with the FSMTB: CEUs: 5
In this one-day intensive, we’ll explore the anatomy, biomechanics, and functional role of the SFL through the lens of the Myofascial Meridians. You’ll learn how tension or restriction in this line can contribute to common patterns of dysfunction, including:
Forward head posture and rounded shoulders
Restricted breathing patterns
Hip flexor tightness and lower back strain
