Our Sobada Swedish Massage Ritual invites you to experience a unique blend of traditional Central American healing and modern therapeutic massage. Rooted in the sacred practice of Sobada Limpieza, this gentle yet deeply restorative session honors body, mind, and spirit through intention, touch, and ritual. Each session begins by setting an intention: What am I choosing to release? (stress, anxiety, fear) What am I open to receiving? (calm, peace, abundance, good fortune) Once you’ve taken a moment to ground yourself and settle on the massage table, your journey begins. This treatment uses flowing, graceful Swedish-style movements designed to lengthen fascia and melt away muscle tension—never painful, always nurturing. While structural integration and myofascial knowledge guide our technique, the experience remains soft, soothing, and rhythmic. We use a custom massage crème enriched with Boswellia, Devil’s Claw, Lemon Bioflavonoids, Arnica, Quince, and Burdock, a botanical blend formulated to calm inflammation, ease pain, and support skin circulation. Throughout the session, warm stones are glided over the body, while a gentle steam humidifier fills the air with comforting warmth reminiscent of the traditional temazcal (sweat lodge), enhancing relaxation and seasonal balance. To close the ritual, we perform a traditional Limpieza, a rhythmic energetic cleansing with freshly gathered yerba buena bundles. Using gentle sweeping motions from head to toe, we bless the body with intention, while the scent of palo santo fills the air, inviting renewal and lightness. This final act completes the circle of healing: releasing what no longer serves, and welcoming what nourishes your whole being. A truly holistic experience of bodywork, energy, and cultural reverence.

Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness to all clients, we require that sessions be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that emergencies can arise, and we are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for sudden or unforeseen circumstances. Booking Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits become non-refundable if canceled or modified after 48 hours of booking. We recommend confirming your booking details within this time frame to ensure your deposit remains refundable. Refund Policy: All massage services rendered are considered final sale and are non-refundable.
