Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy:

We require that sessions be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that emergencies can arise, and we are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for sudden or unforeseen circumstances. 

Booking Deposit Policy:

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Although the deposit cannot be refunded, we are happy to accommodate rescheduling as needed when notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled session, with no limit on the number of advance reschedules.

Refund Policy:

All massage services rendered are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We strive to ensure a high-quality experience for every client, and if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns. Your feedback is important to us, and we will do our best to address any issues.
