Service Description

We'll evaluate your posture and balance to understand your structural alignment needs. Once the analysis is complete, you'll have an introductory Neuromuscular massage. This session will be 45 minutes long and aimed at finding your preferred massage techniques and pain tolerance. Structural Integration (SI) is a form of bodywork that focuses on the connective tissues in the body, known as fascia. Our SI services are specifically tailored for clients who need extensive work due to musculoskeletal conditions or postural imbalances. These conditions can cause pain, discomfort, and restricted movement, which can negatively impact the quality of life. ​ Our SI series is a comprehensive treatment plan consisting of 11 sessions. Each session is designed to realign individual myofascial lines, which are groups of muscles and fascia that work together to support the body's structure and movement. By realigning these lines, we can improve your posture, flexibility, and overall physical function. ​ In addition to realigning your myofascial lines, our SI series also integrates them. This process involves linking each line to the others, creating a more balanced and harmonious system. By the end of the 11 sessions, you will experience improved physical alignment, increased range of motion, and reduced pain and discomfort. Overall, our SI services are a highly effective way to address musculoskeletal conditions and postural imbalances. Our skilled practitioners will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific needs and goals.
