Somatic Sobada Release Plans

A progressive 8-session bodywork plan incorporating Swedish Sobada and Deep Tissue Sobada to provide a structured, trauma-informed approach to clients exploring the relationship between emotional wellbeing, physical tension, and bodily awareness.

Designed as a complementary component of an existing mental-health care plan, each session provides a space for intentional, consent-based bodywork while respecting the client's individual boundaries, comfort, and therapeutic process.
