Our Sobada Prenatal Massage blends certified prenatal bodywork with centuries-old Central American midwifery traditions. In our cultures, sobada is more than a massage, it’s a nurturing ritual that eases discomfort, encourages optimal baby positioning, and prepares the body and mind for birth. We use a soothing botanical oil infused with Organic Lavender and Chamomile designed to calm the nervous system, reduce tension, and promote deep relaxation. Each session is customized to your needs, relieving round ligament pain, sciatica, digestive discomfort, and pelvic pressure, while promoting alignment and balance as your pregnancy progresses. For clients in later stages, we also offer rebozo massage, performed on a soft woven mat with gentle rocking, stretching, and low-back support. After 28 weeks, gentle abdominal sobada may be included to help ease belly tension and encourage baby into a more comfortable position. Our Sobada Prenatal Massage is available from conception to birth, a sacred and soothing experience that honors the mother’s body, the baby’s journey, and the wisdom of traditional healing.

Cancellation Policy: To ensure fairness to all clients, we require that sessions be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. However, we understand that emergencies can arise, and we are willing to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for sudden or unforeseen circumstances. Booking Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits become non-refundable if canceled or modified after 48 hours of booking. We recommend confirming your booking details within this time frame to ensure your deposit remains refundable. Refund Policy: All massage services rendered are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We strive to ensure a high-quality experience for every client, and if you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
