Each session is customized to your stage of recovery: Early Stage (Sessions 1–3): Gentle lymphatic drainage and Swedish massage are used to reduce swelling, ease tenderness, and encourage the body’s natural detox process while protecting healing tissues. Restorative Stage (Sessions 4–6): Once incisions have closed and the body is ready for deeper work, Madero Therapy (wood therapy) and Hot Stones are introduced to smooth fascia, reduce water retention, sculpt results, and release residual muscle tension.
