Are package purchases refundable?

All package purchases are final sale and non-refundable. This allows us to offer discounted pricing for clients committed to consistent care.

If needed, sessions can be rescheduled and credited back to your account in accordance with our cancellation policy.

How long do I have to use my sessions?

Each package is valid for a set period based on the number of sessions purchased:

  • 6-session plans: valid for 2-3 months

  • 12-session plans: valid for 4-8 months

Your exact expiration date will be provided at the time of purchase.

What happens if I don’t use my sessions before they expire?

We offer a one-time extension of up to 1 month upon request.

Please note that availability is limited, and we strongly recommend booking your sessions in advance to ensure you can fully use your plan within the allotted time.

Can I share my package with someone else?

Packages are intended for individual use and are non-transferable. However, you can request we use a session to book an appointment for someone else. This does require contacting us to manually book the session and deduct it from your package.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 12 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with proper notice will have the session credited back to your package

  • Late cancellations (under 12 hours) may result in the session being forfeited

This policy allows us to respect both our therapists’ time and other clients seeking appointments.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Missed appointments without communication will result in the session being deducted from your package.

We understand that emergencies happen—if you’re able to send even a quick text, we’re happy to work with you and credit the session back when possible. Communication is key.

Do I need to book all my sessions in advance?

We highly recommend booking your sessions in advance, especially for weekly or biweekly care plans.

Our schedule fills quickly, and advanced booking ensures consistency and preferred time slots.

Can I upgrade my session length within a package?

Yes—clients may upgrade individual sessions (for example, from 60 to 90 minutes) by paying the difference in session cost.

What if I arrive late to my appointment?

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to avoid impacting other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

Are packages required to be used weekly?

Packages are designed for weekly or biweekly use to achieve the best results. While scheduling is flexible, consistency is strongly encouraged for optimal outcomes.

Enhance your sessions with:

  • Steamed towels

  • Herbal-infused oils and body butters

  • Bo-Freeze after care products

  • Extended session time

  • Postpartum closing rituals (Cerrada de Caderas)
