Your Body Is a System. Treatment Should Be Too.
Structural Integration looks beyond individual muscles and considers how different regions of the body interact through posture, movement, and connective tissue. Structural Integration is designed for clients interested in addressing broader patterns of posture, movement, tension, and structural organization through a progressive series of treatments.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Structural Integration the same as massage?
It uses manual therapy but is more comprehensive and structurally oriented than a typical massage session.
Why is it a series?
Structural work is inherently progressive. A series allows treatment to evolve rather than attempting to address every structural pattern in one appointment.
Will you only work where I have pain?
Not necessarily. Structural patterns can involve areas that aren't painful but may influence how other parts of the body move.
Does Structural Integration fix posture?
We don't promise to "fix" posture. The goal is to support more efficient movement and reduce unnecessary muscular and structural strain.
