About the event
The Superficial Back Line (SBL) is a continuous fascial pathway that connects the entire posterior body, from the plantar fascia of the feet to the scalp. This line plays a critical role in upright posture, spinal extension, and the efficient transmission of force throughout the body. This 5-hour immersive workshop is designed for active, hands-on learning, with approximately 80% of the course dedicated to guided practice and technique exchange. Brief, targeted lecture segments introduce the anatomical and functional relationships of the SBL, followed by a structured, full-line myofascial release sequence from foot to head.
You’ll develop a refined, methodical approach to working with the posterior chain—using slow, intentional techniques that enhance tissue elasticity, improve mobility, and support more efficient postural organization. This workshop is approved for 5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) through the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB), allowing you to expand your clinical skillset while meeting your professional licensing…
