About the event
In this one-day intensive, you’ll dive deep into the anatomy, biomechanics, and functional relationships of the SFL through the lens of Myofascial Meridians. More than just theory, this course connects structure to real-world client patterns, giving you practical tools you can apply immediately.
We’ll explore how restrictions along the SFL contribute to common dysfunctions such as:
• Forward head posture and rounded shoulders
• Shallow or restricted breathing patterns
• Chronic hip flexor tension and lower back strain
• Poor integration between the anterior and posterior body
